It is Faith in Jesus for Your Righteousness, Not Faith in Your Church of Self Righteousness

~ The subtly of what one believes is key to either believing God or what man says. The sin that so easily entangles people today is the sin of unbelief. People will talk about God in general, but when it comes to saying the name of Jesus, God in the flesh, people generally will not even go there and even have difficulty saying the name of Jesus. They are afraid of people thinking they are some Jesus freak. Or they are afraid of making people upset. Or they simply refuse to even think about Jesus. They will say, “don’t bring up religion with me.” And for the child of God, Jesus is NOT a religion, He is our everything. People don’t get it. Many of us have gone through great struggles over our lifetime, of even being kicked out of churches for preaching the TRUE word of God to people. Perfect Love Drives Out Fear

Jesus Said, “Fear Not, I Have Overcome the World.”

~ Perfect love casts away ALL fear. Jesus is the perfect Love of God. We have nothing to fear about anything. Yet what have we seen in the past number of years. Fear. Fear spreading on TV. Fear when shopping. Fear of being too close to others. Fear of everything. Fear of getting sick. Fear of dying. Fear comes from the evil one. Fear is trumped up by Satan and the fallen angels. Fear also has to do with punishment. People fear God is going to get them for the bad things they have done in life. Fear of thinking that God is going to grade on the curve, and that God is going to be somehow pleased with them if they do more good works than bad works, all the while never knowing for sure if they have done enough good things to outweigh the bad. ~ There are many many people today that say they have to be obedient to the word of God, yet they show by their actions that they are NOT obedient to the Word of God. For they have NEVER placed faith in the actual Word of God, Jesus. People are out there grunting and growning for Christ instead of resting in Jesus and His finished work on the cross. They are deceived by Satan, thinking that they are pleasing to God based on what they do or they don’t do. Those that practice law keeping, and by the way, they can only practice law keeping, for no one keeps the law. No one obeys the law of God. ~ The world is filled with christian hypocrites that can easily fool the world into thinking they must be a child of God, because after all, they say the name of Jesus. Or they talk about the bible left and right and know Scripture inside and out and can repeat verses to you, so they must be a child of God. Or they do all these so called good works, so they must be a child of God. And then remember that Satan’s agents are transformed into ministers of righteousness also. And then people can pretend they are righteous too, based on what they do or don’t do. People will say, “I pray everyday to God” as though that makes them a child of God. People will say, “I go to church on Sundays and Christmas and Easter” as though going to a building makes them a child of God. ~ Our confession of faith means to thank Jesus for everything that he has done for us and for giving us life in Him too. Confession in Greek means to offer thanksgiving to God. When you are offering thanksgiving to God, you are agreeing with Him. You have accepted the fact that he forgave ALL your sins at the cross. You are accepting the fact that he rose from the dead. You are accepting the fact that the same Holy Spirit that gave Jesus life is the same Holy Spirit that gives you life. You are accepting the fact that Jesus now lives in you if you are in Christ Jesus and he is in you. You are accepting the fact that he wants to live his life in and through you. Do Not Be Anxious About Anything for Jesus is Our Thanksgiving

~ Jesus is indeed our thanksgiving. Everything we have to be thankful for is found in Him. So spend this day and all the days of our lives thanking Him for what he has done for us. Share that with others. Trust in Him to lead you in all understanding. Trust in Him to lead you in all Truth. Trust in Him to live His life in and through you. Don’t fret about anything. For He is alive living in each and every true believer today. So give thanks to Jesus our Lord and Savior. Share his Love with others.
