Jesus Said It Is Finished

Classic Christianity – Power for Living – Part 3 – 01-07-26

~ “When Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished.” And bowing His head, He yielded up His spirit.” John 19:30

~ We are to be bold in our proclaimation of the TRUE Gospel today. If we have the Holy Spirit living in us, as children of God, He wants us to share TRUTH with people. “That God was reconciling the world to Himself in Christ, not counting men’s trespasses against them. And He has committed to us the message of reconciliation.” 2 Corinthians 5:19 The Holy Spirit doesn’t want us keeping this message quiet. It is the foundation of the TRUTH of the word of God. Yet hardly anyone preaches on this verse of scripture today, or they give lip service to it, because they themselves do not believe the Word of God. With most people today, forgiveness is never finished between them and God. They are calling God a liar, when they deny what Jesus did at the cross. The Holy Spirit

Classic Christianity – Power for Living – Part 2 – 01-06-26

~ “I have been crucified with Christ, and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. And that which I now live in the flesh, I live through faith from the Son of God, the One having loved me and having given up Himself for me.” Galations 2:20

~ We who are in Christ Jesus need to grab a hold of this Truth today. The Holy Spirit lives in and through us. We need to get out of the way, and allow Him to run the show. He is the one that directs ALL our paths. We need to learn how to abide in Him. Many times we still, in the energy of our own flesh, want to do things our own way. We may even know the word of God, and understand the Truth of something, but then our flesh rears its ugly head, and we want to do something that the Holy Spiirt says not to, or we don’t want to do something that the Holy Spirit wants us to do. The Holy Spirit to Give Us His Power

Classic Christianity – Power for Living – Part 1 – 01-05-26

~ “And because of this, He is the mediator of a new covenant, so that, death having taken place for redemption of the transgressions under the first covenant, those having been called might receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.” Hebrews 9:15

~ This is super important for us to understand the details. The details matter in everything. We’ve said it before, but note the details again. Don’t just gloss over them, but exercise faith in TRUTH. “Today, we have many many people trying to go live back under the old covenant teaching without realizing that it has been replaced. Though you would think that people would get a clue, because the temple was destroyed around 70 AD, which was key to old covenant theology. Jesus said it would be destroyed, and it was. And that was the tip of the iceberg on how things changed. The old covenant has been done away with, and Jesus made sure it was clearly understood, that He was bringing in a new covenant. Jesus Sets You Apart as The Temple of God

Classic Christianity – New Years P5 (01-02-26)

Worship Jesus Only, NOT Man

~ The wise men, the Magi, bowed down and worshiped Jesus. The Magi knew who Jesus was. They knew the scriptures. They knew, the little boy Jesus that they were in front of was God in flesh, for they bowed down in total submission and worshiped him. And the Magi further exercised more faith when being warned in a dream NOT to go back to Herod, they instead went to their homeland through another route. They obey God, not Man.

Today, our worship is when we offer our bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God, because Jesus lives in the temple of God, the body of the child of God, and to offer our bodies is our true and proper worship.

But many today are not offering their bodies as a living sacrifice. And many times, the reason is they themselves are not saved, and do not have the Holy Spirit living in them. They have believed in the teaching of man rather than the teaching of God. They don’t believe their sins were forgiven at the cross. They instead believe in a different Jesus. Jesus Came to Divide ~ Set You Apart From the World ~ Truth Divides

~ “Do not think that I have come to bring peace on the earth; I have not come to bring peace, but a sword [of division between belief and unbelief].” Matthew 10:34
~ Everything begins in understanding who Jesus is. When we study the scriptures, in regards to the early years of Jesus, we see how the signs were given everywhere to those with eyes to see. And when we see who Jesus really is, God in the flesh, and understand the implications of that, we begin to exercise faith in Him for everything. Because He became flesh not only to dwell amoung us, but to also live in us. And only those who have the Spirit of God living in them can understand the Truth of this. And the more you realize the Truth of Jesus living in you, you begin to see others that absoulty have no clue about the life of Christ in them. Jesus is Our Everything 100% ~ Jesus Changes Everything!

~ Jesus sets you apart. The more you understand Truth, the more you will realize how separated you are from the rest of the world. The Holy Spirit renews our minds with truth and shows us error and gives us much wisdom. And we all have lots of errors in our thinking that needs corrected, more so than people imagine. Pray for God to expose the lies that satan has gotten us to believe, and to understand the deception that is all around us. Once you truly trust in the Holy Spirit to reveal all Truth to you, everything changes. Nothing is as it seems to be. “Now if any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him.” James 1:5 Don’t assume that you know it all today. Because only God knows it ALL. Don’t assume that satan could never deceive you, for we were ALL deceived since birth.
