We Are to Offer Our Bodies as a Living Sacrifice to Jesus Our God For His Service

~ When a person becomes a child of God, through Faith in Jesus, God in the flesh to have taken all their sins away at the cross, He makes them Holy and perfect in His sight. He is pleased with us. And because we who are in Christ Jesus, are now Holy (set apart) in is His sight, not because of what we do or don’t do, we are to make our bodies available to Him to be used by Him as He wants to use us. We are set apart to be used by Him, for His service to others. So if He wants you to say something, say something. If He wants you to learn something, learn something. The Law Was Given to Lead us to Christ Jesus
~ The reason we have an old testament and a now the New Testament, is because God needed the New Agreement, New testament, New Will, New Covenant is because God found fault with the people in that they could not live under the old Covenant and a New Covenant was needed to bring LIFE to a person. No one was alive as God intended Man to be in the old Covenant. They were dead without the Spirit of God living in them. That is key to understanding both the old covenant and the New Covenant, is that people were NOT indwelt by the Holy Spirit by default. In the Old Testament we see instances where the Holy Spirit would come upon a person temporarily, but then would leave that person as they were prior to having the Holy Spirit coming up on them for some particular service. In the New Covenant, when the day of Pentecost arrived, the Holy Spirit came not only on people, but indwelt people, to give them Life in Christ Jesus at that very moment in time. Be Taught By God, NOT by Man
~ Most today do not understand what the word of God means. Oh, many can repeat what the word of God says, but they do not have a clue what the word of God means. The reason they do not understand, is because they do not have the Spirit of Truth living in them. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth and He will share with you ALL Truth if you are willing to listen to Him. However, there are many times, even as a true child of God, that we either lean on our own understanding of things, or go to some commentary (regardless of who is actually doing the commenting), even if it is someone that we trust, to try and get some insight on the Truth of the word of God. Scripture tells us that we who are in Christ, and Christ is in us, then we have the mind of God living in us. And He is the one that we ought to trust for ALL Truth. Quit Making a Mockery of The Cross
~ One of the biggest lies that Satan was able to get people to believe in within the church is that of ongoing forgiveness by God. People fell for this hook, line and sinker. It doesn’t matter whether a person is Catholic or Protestant, because both pretend that God is going to forgive them of their sins when they ask God to do it. They have not exercised faith in completed forgiveness at the cross. It is the sin that so easily entangles a person today. The sin of subtle unbelief, by listening to the lies of Satan, through his false ministers of self righteousness. And it goes on and on and never stops, because people hardly share TRUTH with others today. And folks, if you are looking for a church that is going to teach the TRUTH of the final forgiveness by God, it is seldom found anywhere today. You are better off staring a Bible study yourself, and even it is you and your spouse only to begin with, you will be better taught by the Holy Spirit rather than Man. Whoever Has The Son Has Life
~ And whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life. This is key for our understanding of who is saved and who is not saved. People get this idea that they get the life of God sometime in the future, instead of the very moment they accepted by faith Jesus, God in flesh, who reconciled the whole world unto himself and is no longer counting their sins against them. No one gets their sins forgiven today. For without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness by God. Jesus died once for all sins, for all time, for everyone. Jesus is never going to die on a cross ever again. When a person accepts Jesus, who took away all their sins on the cross, God’s Spirit comes to live in the true believer and begins the process of renewing their mind. If a person’s mind is not being renewed, there is a good chance that the person isn’t saved and does not have the Holy Spirit of God living in them.
