My question is, what is the baptism of the Holy Ghost? And how do I know if I have received the baptism of the Holy Ghost?

Well, if you’re born again, you’ve been given everything that you need for life and godliness. So I would assume that you would be able to discern that that means that you received the Holy Spirit. And that’s exactly what it is. It’s not the baptism of the Holy Spirit. It’s baptized by the Holy Spirit, into the body of Christ. At the point of spiritual birth, Roger, you are indwelt by the Holy Spirit of God, if and if the Spirit of God doesn’t live in you, you don’t belong to Him. So there’s no such thing as being born again today. And receiving the Spirit tomorrow. That’s an impossibility. It’s taught, but it’s an impossibility. I just have a question on salvation I’m struggling with I believe that you can’t lose it but the church I go to they believe you can. And it’s kind of hard because he showed me a lot of Scripture that shows that you that kind of saying that you can. And I don’t know..

Well Rodney a person that believes you can lose your salvation does not understand what salvation is, I can say that with no exception. They just plain do not understand what salvation is. What you’re saved from IS THE WAGES OF SIN, which is death. And the way you’re saved from the wages of sin, which is death is by the gift of God, which is life.
