Grace is The Plan of God of Salvation For You and Me

~ “God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.” 2 Corinthians 5:21

~ “So when I see the grace of God, I see the grace of God more than just God’s unmerited favor. I believe that, obviously that is a part of what grace is all about. But I see, Bob that as I get above that, that I see grace as the ultimate plan of God. The law, there was a plan for the law, there was a reason for it. There’s a purpose for it. Paul explained all of that. And we’ve dealt with those issues. In our prior chapters. They’re everything that God does, he has a plan for it. The world is not heading helter skelter into nowhere. ~ Well, I think what I would start with all that Todd is, is is this In other words, get back to the basic and that is what do you believe about Jesus? That’s the first question when people start putting it down in regard to the Bible that I asked them, What do you think about Jesus? Well, what’s he got to do with anything, he’s got everything to do with it because of Jesus is who he claimed to be God, which obvious you don’t believe either. But if you’ve ever came to understand the truth, that either Jesus obviously proclaimed himself to be God, and a man doing so would either be a liar, an imposter or else nutcase or else he was indeed who He claimed to be God. And I know he’s God, because He lives in me. And he said, The Word of God was truth. The Wicked ~ The Lost Will NOT Inherit the Kingdom of God

~ “Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men a nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.” 1 Corinthians 6:9-11

~ Well, Bill, what this is saying is let’s just start verse nine. Don’t you know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God. Now? What is the wicked? The lost. The lost is called the wicked, they will not inherit the kingdom of God. So you’re talking about the reason that they will not inherit the kingdom of God is because of their wickedness, and they’re unrepentant hearts. They’ve never been saved by Christ Jesus. And I remember being so sincere in my faith, and I was just really living the Christian life in my own flesh and the energy of my own flesh. For example, I just remember memorizing about 300 Bible passages, and I really thought I was hot stuff. But the problem was, I didn’t have any an idea or understanding about what the New Covenant was. So I was just utterly confused about what they really meant. For example, I memorize a sin on the mountain really tried to learn how to live righteously. And in the Sermon on the Mount. ~ “Okay. So we have desires of the flesh, God desires of the Spirit, they’re in conflict with each other. Now what did he say there in regard to that? We are now to be made new in what? The attitude of what? Our minds. So how are you going to be made new by changing your actions? How are you going to be made new? Changing your mind. Do you realize, folks, there’s a lot of people who are non Christians acting and a lot better than us? Have you ever noticed that? I mean, on the outward actions, outward actions, you couldn’t tell the difference. You go over into some of the Muslim countries over there, you’ll see some pretty good behavior. Are people in the name of Jesus coming up with all of this psychological garbage that does nothing but put people under deeper bondage to know what they’ve ever been before. Are we going to put our faith in Jesus and His word or are we going to put our faith in what man has to say?
