Love is What Motivated God’s Provision of New Life for You and Me

Jesus Christ is the life we need. We are to rest in Christ’ finished work for us. Forgiveness of sins is over. All punishment was placed on Jesus, with none left for you. That provision for sin allows us to freely approach God, for there is now no fear of punishment. We can come to Him to receive what He really came to give us, eternal life, the same Holy Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead to be placed in you forever. So let that perfect love cast out fear so you can love one another with the same love God has given you. God’s love preceded His provision for forgiveness for sin.

Many of us have grown up in church and heard the song sung, Amazing Grace. Have you pondered over how the grace of God surely is amazing? When church leadership incorrectly teaches people to ask God to forgive you when you sin or to keep short accounts with God, what is amazing about begging God to forgive you? Make Yourself Available to the Lord for Building Up the Saints in All Truth and Godliness

We want to encourage our listeners to make your bodies a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to the Lord (Romans 12:1-2), to make yourself available to the Lord to use you as He directs. Follow the example of Bob George as he followed the example of Christ. That echoes the same sentiment as the apostle Paul who said the same thing to the believers he ministered to, according to the gift and grace God had given him.

What the Cross Made Possible for Mankind: An Indestructible Life

What did Jesus’ shed blood on a cross make possible for you and I? And, if Jesus was not raised from the dead, would all that was made possible by the cross be a reality in our life? Think about these questions as you ponder over the passages of scriptures in Hebrews, where the New Covenant God made, not just with the Israelites, but with all of mankind, is explained. Looking at specific passages in scriptures, such as Hebrews 9:22, 27-28, Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:1-18, what conclusions can you come to in regard to the totality of the cross? What can you say in regard to the forgiveness of sins, of being made holy, to be made complete, in Christ?

What God has done for us in this New Covenant is He tells us that He will remember our sins no more and where these have been forgiven there is no longer any sacrifice for sins. The Cross Settles the Sin Issue; A Necessary Preparation for Eternal Life

Most of the world knows that history is divided into B.C., before Christ, and A.D., Anno Domini, the year of our Lord just from the calendar. A subset of the world knows historically that Jesus died, was buried and rose again. There is much information out there, but the most reliable and trustworthy information is the scriptures available to us today, the Word of God, written down through eyewitnesses of these events. Much of the world has the bible translated into their own language.

As you study the scriptures, you will discover that from God’s vantage point, history is divided into before the cross and after the cross. There was a time period in history before the cross when the Israelites were under an Old Covenant agreement with God. After the cross, that was replaced by a New Covenant agreement (Hebrews 9:16-28). What Is Faith?

Faith sounds like a churchy word, but have you ever pondered what that means? Is it faith in the mystical, the mystical body of Christ? Is it faith that God exists? What exactly is faith? A better question is in whom should you place your faith in for what really matters. If I know I am a sinner, and that sin is what caused my death, then not only do I need forgiveness of sins, but I need life, for sin is what caused my death. Who is the only person who can and did accomplish that for me? Who alone has already forgiven my sins and has offered me life?

Forgiveness cannot give eternal life. It can only be a necessary preparation for eternal life to be given. For if Jesus did not eternally take away the sins of the world, then eternal life could not be given, because the next time man sins he would die again. Have a Firm Foundation in the Truth of What Jesus Has Already Done!

Listen as Bob George explains the meaning of these passages in Hebrews that the immature in Christ, those without a firm foundation in what truth is, of what the gospel is, continue to stumble over. Oftentimes so many preachers, the legalists, do not want to teach grace, because if they did, then they cannot control you. For if you are controlled by grace, by the Spirit of God who lives in you, then you are not controlled by them. That is also why Bob George ministries is not on more radio programs because of this. Yet this message of truth, of the complete gospel, of total forgiveness, of being made complete in Christ, of growing in grace, must be told. As Jesus said that the truth is what sets you free. If that is so, then error is what binds you.

The passages in Hebrews that so many people fail to understand correctly are Hebrews 10:26-31, Hebrews 5:11- 6:3, Hebrews 6:4-6, and Hebrews 6:7-12.
