God Made Us Alive With Christ by Grace Through Faith in Him

~ We were dead in our sins before we came to Christ Jesus. Dead people need life. In Christ, He is our very life. He sent His Spirit to indwell us and to give us His very life. We were raised from the dead. The Holy Spirit now resides in every true believer and He made you a child of God. If you are in Him, then He is in you and nothing can separate the two. God does not save part way. God saves completely. Someday we shall all understand. But in this movement in time, we have his word of God to teach us all truth through the Holy Spirit explaining the meaning of everything. The world does not understand, because they do not have the Holy Spirit living in them.

~ Today, we have a world filled with false teachers that continue to spread the lies of Satan in regards to getting more forgiveness by God. Most people refuse to walk by faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross. They have not finalized the cross in their own minds, and they keep on asking God for what He has already done. There is no more forgiveness that God is going to give out. Forgiveness was completed at the cross. No one, NO ONE gets their sins forgiven today, because without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness by God. And God is never going to go to the cross again. And when He returns, he is not coming back to earth to deal with sin, He is returning to bring ultimate salvation for all the saints waiting for Him.

~ Jesus replied, “The work of God is this: to believe in the One He has sent.” John 6:9 The will of God is first and foremost we believe in Jesus. That’s the main thing that counts with everything. And once a person believes and places faith in Jesus, the Holy Spirit enters into a person and brings eternal life to them immediately. From there, we are to abide in the the Holy Spirit. We are to listen to the Holy Spirit teach us all truth. And folks, there is much much truth that needs to be taught to all of us. Don’t ever think you know it all, because that is the flesh talking. The Life of Jesus is Our Comfort and Peace

~ Jesus promised us the Holy Spirit, the one that would teach us all things and our advocate, and the very Life of Jesus. And that happened on the day of Pentecost, and on the very day that we placed faith in Jesus, the Holy Spirit came to indwell us too. He is our Comforter. He is our Advocate. He is our Peace that lives inside of us. He is our Eternal Life. We tend to forget that God is living in His temple today (the body of every believer is the temple of God). He is always there to comfort us no matter what we are going through. He will be right there with us through the storms of life. So stand firm on Jesus, who is our everything. Point people to Jesus, not to a particular verse of the bible. Many times people will camp out in the Old Covenant, and will forget which side of the cross they are actually living on today.

~ There are people today that place the emphasis on learning about the grace of God by going to a seminary. Or hearing from someone that is a doctor of divinity, as though that piece of paper places a person on a pedestal of understanding in order to teach the word of God. There are even people today that want to know what seminary a person has gone to as to whether they are going to listen to that person or not. Once again, these all are a form of man’s teaching instead of being taught by the Holy Spirit.

The number one place to learn about the grace of God is through the Scriptures. Once a person has accepted Jesus, and the Holy Spirit comes to live in them, they will want to know more and more about Jesus. And the prime place to learn is the actual word of God. And the Holy Spirit will explain the meaning of God’s Word too.
