Classic Christianity – The Book of John P04 (02-13-23)

Jesus Took Away The Sins of The World! Place Faith in The Word of God.

~ It’s time to change our minds about Jesus and what he did on the cross. He took away the sins of the world. Do you believe that? Or are you giving lip service to it? Most people say they believe it, but then they don’t place actual faith in it, for they go back to their confession booth or 1 John 1:9-ing to get their sins forgiven over and over again the same as in the days of the old covenant and the sacrificial system. They call God a liar. We must repent, change our minds on this key aspect of the word of God. Allow the Holy Spirit to renew your mind. Come let us reason together declares the Lord. Share the truth of the word of God with family and friends. The New Covenant and What About 1st John 1:9 are two excellent resources for sharing the word of God with others. Jesus God The Creator Made All Things

Classic Christianity – The Book of John P03 (02-08-23)

The Word, Jesus Became Flesh

~ In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.

That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

The Star of Bethlehem Came to Rest Over Jesus

~ “And they, having heard the king, departed, and behold, the star, that they saw in the east, went before them, until, having come, it stood over where the Child was.” Matthew 2:9 Literal Standard Version

~ “Well, after they had heard the king, they went on their way. And then the star, that and then the star they had seen in the east went ahead of them, until it stopped over the place where the child was. Now folks, we could sit here all day long, and talk about that being just a normal star in the sky, and you got people to talk about the planets are all lined up. And, and that’s what happened. And you got all kinds of studies on that type of thing. I don’t care how you line up the stars, a star doesn’t lead you to a place. And so this star that we’re talking about was something special that God put there. It wasn’t something that could be explained by the study of stars. It was a unique thing in the sky. And that star, the only thing you could call it was a star, but it was something up there of a light that led them to the place of Christ Jesus, and then stopped.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Faith in Jesus Sets You Apart

Classic Christianity – New Years P4 (12-29-22)

Jesus Came to Divide ~ Set You Apart From the World ~ Truth Divides

~ “Do not think that I have come to bring peace on the earth; I have not come to bring peace, but a sword [of division between belief and unbelief].” Matthew 10:34 AMP

~ “So folks, we have to understand that Jesus becomes a divider of mankind, and you cannot compromise that there is no compromise in the Gospel. Jesus is God or isn’t God, if he if you don’t think he is joining the rest of the world, but if you believe he is who he is, and that is God, and you believe he’s the savior of the world, and you know, beyond a shadow of a doubt that he has come to save you, you are by that very nature going to be controversial. And you are by that very nature, you’re going to be separate from the rest of the world. So he says that this child is destined to cause the falling and rising of many in Israel and to be assigned that will be spoken against. So at the thoughts of many hearts will be revealed.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Jesus Changes Everything

Classic Christianity – New Years P3 (12-28-22)

Jesus is Our Everything 100% ~ Jesus Changes Everything!

~ Jesus sets you apart. The more you understand Truth, the more you will realize how separated you are from the rest of the world. The Holy Spirit renews our minds with truth and shows us error. And we all have error in our thinking that needs corrected.

~ “I had a lady the other day I was talking to and she said, Oh, I could never murder anyone. And I said, well, let’s just you know, there’s about 1000 things I could mentioned, but let’s just put that in the category the 10. So if if thou shalt not commit murder, and you say I would could never murder someone, then all you need is a 90%. Jesus. You don’t need 100% Jesus only 90% You’re your 10% Okay. And if on top of that you could not murder and you couldn’t commit adultery. Well, then all you need is an 80%. Jesus. And you could probably just keep going about all you need is about 10%. Jesus is Our Righteousness

Classic Christianity – A Closer Look at Law & Grace P33 (12-05-22)

The Law Can’t Make You Righteous ~ Only Jesus Can Make You Righteous

~ “We talked about what the law was powerless to do, it can’t bring me can’t make you righteous, no man will ever be declared righteous in the sight of God to obedience to the law. It can’t give you life. It can’t cleanse you of unrighteousness it can’t justify you. It can’t do any of those things except condemn you. So the law was powerless to bring to man what man needed life, righteousness, justification, all of those things. law can’t do that all the law could do is condemn. Now Christ came therefore to fulfill the law in which he did by walking in perfect love for some 33 years on this earth. And love became the fulfillment of the law. Now that’s what qualified him the life that he lived, lived is what qualified him for the death that he died. And the death that he died is what qualifies us for the life that we live. And so he fulfilled the law with his life went to the cross in order to uphold the law became death for us.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message
