And again, if that’s the life that she wants to lead, and I think that’s where you have to kind of draw a line in the sand someplace, Jeffrey, and to be able to say to her, Look, you’re either going to fish or cut bait. Catholics and Protestants alike are believing the ongoing lies of Satan. Satan goes out of his way to take the focus off of Christ Jesus and put the focus on something else. And that focus manifests itself on self. Are Tongues for Today? What is Happening With the Churches in the Book of Revelation? Becoming one With Your Wife.

~ We hear so much error being taught in churches today, that without having a proper understanding of the word of God in the proper context of things, we can make up a whole false doctrine that spreads confusion throughout the church itself. One of those items is speaking in tongues. There are denominations that are built upon this idea that you have to speak in tongues. Yet, what what would happen if you couldn’t speak? But here is the main thing to consider, tongues was a known language. Why would God want gibberish to be spoken today, in an assembly, if everyone in the assembly spoke the same language to begin with? Yet there are assemblies that go around speaking gibberish and it doesn’t even match up to any known language. Bob goes into more insights in this particular subject that is very important for today.

Many people have this concept of separation of church and state, where what you do on Sunday at church, or what you believe about in the religious or spiritual realm, has no bearing on the physical realm. It is like what scripture says, that they have a form of godliness but deny its power thereof (2 Timothy 3). But church is people who have the Spirit of the God living in them (Romans 8:9-11). Church is not where you go on Saturday or Sunday, a building on the corner of walk and don’t walk. The Spirit lives in a believer so he can make proper judgments about all things (1 Corinthians 2:14-16), and filters what comes to his mind based on what truth is by means of a dynamic relationship with the living God. He can take captive every thought and make it obedient to Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). A lost person can only relate in the physical realm through his human spirit that is dead to God.
