~ It is very important for us to understand that forgiveness is NOT something we get, it is something that we ALL have been given. As we have stated numerous times, nobody gets their sins forgiven today. For without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness, and we know Jesus is never going to die again. Yet the preaching from most people today is to come to Jesus to get your sins forgiven. Or ask for more forgiveness, or forgive in order to get forgiven by God. And they will even use the book of Acts to say, see Peter said “perhaps” God will forgive you. Jesus, God is the Faithful One to Have Taken Away All Your Sins at the Cross

~ Whether you agree with God or not, He is Faithful and Just to Have Forgiven You and to Have Cleansed You from ALL unrighteousness.

~ The 1 John 1:9 passage is written crystal clear. It is our understanding that is out of whack. It’s the interpretations that are ALL INTENTIONALLY off. And Satan has messed with the interpretations to be such that hardly anyone believes their sins HAVE been forgiven at the cross. The other thing that is crystal clear in this passage, is the Greek word that is translated as “confess,” does NOT mean to ask for forgiveness. In fact, it’s the exact opposite of that. The word means to agree with God concerning your sins. AGREE does not mean to ask for forgiveness. That is a key point that we ALL need to acknowledge (confess).  When a person receives Jesus as God in the flesh, who took away all their sins on the cross, then the Holy Spirit comes into a person and gives them eternal life immediately at that point in time. And when a person has the Holy Spirit living in them, then the Spirit will guide us in ALL TRUTH. Do Not Insult the Spirit of Grace By Asking For More Forgiveness By God

~ “How much more severely do you think one deserves to be punished who has trampled on the Son of God, profaned the blood of the covenant that sanctified him, and insulted the Spirit of grace?” Hebrews 10:29

 Most of the so-called “Christian” world is spitting in the face of God, calling God a liar by continually asking for what He has already done at the cross. Jesus is never going to the cross ever again to take away the sins of the whole world. He did it once for ALL, for ALL people, for ALL sins, from the time of Adam to the end of time, of which there will be no end. Now you would think that would be fantastic news for ALL people, yet they refuse to come to the knowledge of TRUTH. They want to do forgiveness their own way.

We Are Forgiven! A Child of God Rests in His Forgiveness

~ “You, however, are controlled not by the flesh, but by the Spirit, if the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ.” Romans 8:9

~ “The natural man does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God. For they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned.” 1 Corinthians 2:14

 If a person does not have the Holy Spirit, they are dead. They are NOT born again of the Spirit of God. They are NOT saved by Jesus’ Life living in them. The cross is what cleared the deck for Eternal Life. The cross took away the sins of the world, and God is no longer counting anyone’s sins against them. This goes for both the lost and the saved. We Are To Offer Our Bodies as a Living Sacrifice to God

~ “Therefore I urge you, brothers, on account of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God, which is your spiritual service of worship.” Romans 12:1

 When we are in Christ Jesus, and He is in us, we have been made Holy and acceptable in His sight. And since we are already Holy and acceptable in His sight, then we are to make our bodies available to be used by Him as we abide in the Spirit of God. Now abiding in the Spirit of God does not mean the world is going to like you, and if the world does like you, then that is a red flag. Because quite honestly you will be hated by the world if you are in Christ Jesus. Jesus said, “If the world hates you, understand that it hated Me first. John 15:18” And sometimes that same thing will even come from some Christian friends, for they will not understand the things that you do by walking in the Spirit.
