We Are Under the NEW Covenant of Grace Not the Old Covenant of the Law

~ “For this reason Christ is the mediator of a new covenant, that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance—now that he has died as a ransom to set them free from the sins committed under the first covenant.” Hebrews 9:15

~ Thank God, He is NOT counting my sins against me!

~ “And we’re told in Hebrews. Let me just read, it’s hard to read when you’re in the wrong chapter, Hebrews 9:15, do you want to turn to it. For this reason He is the mediator of a New Covenant in order that since a death had taken place for the redemption of the transgressions that were committed under the first covenant, those who have been called may receive the promise of in eternal inheritance. For where a covenant is, there must of necessity be the death of the one who made it. So what did Jesus have to do before he got usher in a New Covenant, a new agreement between God and man. ~ “Every command that Jesus gave us is an impossibility for us to carry out in the energy of our own flesh, as we just talked about, it is something that is produced by the life of the vine, not by the branch. And so Jesus gave us the illustration of how this Christian life is lived. In other words, it is not lived by us, it’s no longer I who live Paul said, It’s Christ living in us. Without The Spirit of God Living In You You Cannot Understand What The Word of God Means

~ for, “Who has known the mind of the Lord so as to instruct him?” But we have the mind of Christ. 1 Corinthians 2:16

~ “So today, we’re told that the spiritual man has the Spirit of God living inside of him with the ability now to understand what the Word of God means. That’s irregardless of your education. As a matter of fact, the Scripture says that he’ll take the foolish things of the world to confound the wise. So it’s not something of an educational deal, you don’t have to be a highly educated person in order to understand the meaning of the word of God. And in the final analysis, if we had the old and the new, totally memorized, and quite frankly, computers have that. That’s all memorized. And, and if we knew what it meant, but we don’t apply what it meant, in other words, there’s an application, I know what this says, I know what this means. Now I’m going to act upon it. It’s Not That We Love God, But God, Jesus First Loved Us!

~ The only thing that counts is Love. And His Love for us is the most important thing to remember.

~ “We Love because He first Loved Us!” 1 John 4:19

~ “Now first Corinthians 13. You want to know how I (Jesus) love you? God is always patient with you. God is always kind to you. God is never easily angered with you. God never keeps records of your wrongs. Now, isn’t that now, I wonder if God never keeps records of the wrongs only if you confess and ask him to forgive you. I wonder if that’s what that means. I don’t quite think so. If that’s the case, and God ignored the kind to me when I asked him and he’d only be patient with me when I asked him and he would only not be angered with me when I asked him and he had not keep records of my wrongs only if I cleared the deck. It seems like don’t you think after a while people want to catch this? Quit Asking for What Jesus HAS Already Done ~ God FORGAVE You at the Cross!

~ They can’t be brought back to repentance, because they never repented to begin with! They are crucifying Jesus over and over again, Catholics and Protestants alike.

~ “And who have fallen away, to be brought back to repentance. To their loss they are crucifying the Son of God all over again and subjecting him to public disgrace.” Hebrews 6:6

~ “But you see where we are absolutely petrified of freedom, what freedom means to us, and unfortunately, too many Christians, evangelical Christians, what freedom means is that you’re free to go out there and live like the devil.

Well, I want to see if that’s what Galatians three said. It said you were called brothers. You my brothers were called to be free. Now, if God called us to be free, then why would we as Born Again Christians be fearful of freedom? Why would we be fearful of telling people, you’ve been called to be set free. The New Covenant ~ Freedom to Serve in Love

~ Forgive as the Lord Forgave You!

~ “You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love.” Galatians 5:13

~ “So when Christ Jesus comes to invade your life, does he come to invade your life? To have taken away all of your sins never to see them again? bought you back from darkness into light. reconciled you justified you? Did he do all of those things so that we can continue doing in the energy of our flesh what we were doing before we are born again? In other words, did Christ come to live within you in order to lead you back into a life of lasciviousness? And that is absolutely idiotic. But Bob, that is what the average Christian believes today. And what I say the average Christian believes that is the objection that people have to our teaching. And quite frankly, it’s not our teaching, it’s right out of the Word of God.
