~ The self righteous person manifests itself in numerous ways today. Many get angry as hornets when you tell them that trying to obey the law will not save them, nor is God pleased with their self efforts. Others think that they are better than someone else, because they never physically murdered anyone, or committed adultery. But God is looking at the heart. Additionally, the child of God who abides in the Holy Spirit will face all types of name calling under the sun. As you learn more about the truth of this world, and see the lies all around us, people will call you crazy, or kick you out of their fellowship group because they will consider you very strange. Do not be surprised that the self righteous think themselves better than they ought, for that also happened when Jesus walked on earth himself. There is only one type of righteousness that is important to God, and that is the righteousness of Jesus himself. ~ For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ John 1:17

~ For those that do not hear the Spirit of Truth, they do not belong to Jesus. They do not have the Holy Spirit living in them. There are those that will always listen to the spirit of flasehood and error. They will not repent (change their mind), because of pride of self. They believe in their heart they know better than God.

~ “We are from God, and whoever knows God listens to us; but whoever is not from God does not listen to us. This is how we recognize the Spirit of truth and the spirit of falsehood.” 1 John 4:6

People Would Rather Believe Lies Than Listen to Truth From The Spirit of God

~ But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.” 1 Corinthians 2:14

~ When a person abides in the Holy Spirit of God, if the Holy Spirit lives in them, they will be shown Truth. However, the flesh still tends to get in the way with even born again believers in Christ Jesus. Reminder, we were born into a world filled with lies.

As believers, we have given lip service to verses that show Satan has controlled the kingdoms of this world including the U.S. Most don’t have a clue of how deep the deception is, because we were born into it. Ask the Holy Spirit to show you ALL truth, and He said he would. Lean not on your own understanding of ALL things (of what you have been taught). For what we have been taught in this world is a lie and has been used as controlled opposition by Satan down through the ages. The Enemy of Truth (Jesus) Are The Things of This World Controlled by Satan’s Lies

~ As he spake these words, many believed on him. Then said Jesus to those Judaeans [Ἰουδαίους (Ioudaious)] which believed on him, “If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” John 8:30-32

~ Many times, when Jesus spoke to groups of people, there were both those that believed on Him and those that did not believe on Him. We see this happening right here in the word of God. Between John 8:30-32 and John 8:33. We can see the later group’s response that did NOT believe on Jesus in John 8:33. Jesus has many warnings for that group of people that carries over till today. It takes the Holy Spirit of God to understand the meaning and significance of what is being said by Jesus and also to understand those that did not place faith on him as to their questions they were asking. ~ There is a bottom-line conclusion required to responding to the word of God today. Are you going to place faith in Jesus and the fact that Jesus, God said it is finished at the cross, or are you going to continue to be a mouthpiece for Satan and spread the controlled opposition lies of ongoing forgiveness? For it doesn’t matter, Catholic or Protestant or any religionist, for All of them are teaching the lie of ongoing forgiveness.
