Faith Says Thank You to God for What Jesus Did for Us

~ The overwhelming majority of pastors and teachers teach ongoing forgiveness by God. Both Catholics and Protestants are two sides of the same coin. The Catholic goes to the confession booth to get forgiven by a priest and the Protestant says, no no, we can go directly to God to get our sins forgiven. They both are teaching the lies of Satan. They both forget about what the scriptures says that without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness [ref. Hebrews 9:22]. They have no idea the meaning of what Jesus said on the cross, “It is finished.” We call God a liar by constantly asking for what he has already done. That is not living by faith it is living by presumption and unbelief. We don’t go to God to get our sins forgiven today, we come to God for Life, His eternal Life! Jesus is Our Wisdom ~ Allow Him to Live His Life Through You by Faith

~ Realize God is the initiator and we are the responder. This is key to everything in the Christian life. He is the vine, we are the branches. We don’t push God around. He directs us in everything that we do. Recognize that He has done it all for you, and the same way we came to Him by faith, we are also to walk in Him by faith. It is faith from first to last. We live in His righteousness for He is our righteousness. He is also our wisdom. He is our everything.

For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed—a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: “The righteous will live by faith.” Romans 1:17

Is the 10 Commandments for the believer today? No, the Law is for the unbeliever. Become a believer. Agree with God that Jesus took away all your sins on the cross. He forgave you of all your sins on the cross. The Holy Spirit wants us to know this. He wants us to know the Love of God and His power to understand together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
