Jesus is God I AM

Classic Christianity – The Book of John P47 (05-23-23)

Jesus Said, I AM The Gate and Narrow is the Way!

~ There is only one way to God and that is through Jesus, the gate for the sheep. If you are trying to get in by jumping over the gate, or climbing over it, the word of God calls people like this thieves and robbers. Jesus is of no value to a person like that. They think they can do it on their own and by their own standards.

~ Therefore Jesus said again, “Very truly I tell you, I am the gate for the sheep. All who have come before me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep have not listened to them. I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. They will come in and go out, and find pasture. The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.John 10:7-10

~ “And therefore, Jesus said, again, I tell you the truth. Now, here’s another one of the I ams, I am the gate for the sheep. If you want to get into the sheep bin, there’s only one way to come in and that’s through me.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Stand in the Righteousness of Jesus

Classic Christianity – The Book of John P46 (05-22-23)

Jesus Wants to Open up the Eyes of the Blind and Make Blind Those That Think They Can See

~ The self righteous person manifests itself in numerous ways today. Many get angry as hornets when you tell them that trying to obey the law will not save them, nor is God pleased with their self efforts. Others think that they are better than someone else, because they never physically murdered anyone, or committed adultery. But God is looking at the heart. Additionally, the child of God who abides in the Holy Spirit will face all types of name calling under the sun. As you learn more about the truth of this world, and see the lies all around us, people will call you crazy, or kick you out of their fellowship group because they will consider you very strange. Do not be surprised that the self righteous think themselves better than they ought, for that also happened when Jesus walked on earth himself. There is only one type of righteousness that is important to God, and that is the righteousness of Jesus himself. So judge yourself, are you standing in your self righteousness, or the Righteousness of God that comes by faith in Jesus Christ?… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Jesus God in Flesh is Truth

Classic Christianity – The Book of John P45 (05-17-23)

Grace and Truth Comes From God, Jesus Christ

~ For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ John 1:17

~ For those that do not hear the Spirit of Truth, they do not belong to Jesus. They do not have the Holy Spirit living in them. There are those that will always listen to the spirit of flasehood and error. They will not repent (change their mind), because of pride of self. They believe in their heart they know better than God.

~ “We are from God, and whoever knows God listens to us; but whoever is not from God does not listen to us. This is how we recognize the Spirit of truth and the spirit of falsehood.” 1 John 4:6

~ “When people are fighting against truth, it’s because they don’t possess the author of truth. And we have to understand that. You have people today who are adamantly fighting against the message of the grace of God. Why would you be fighting the message that God came to deliver to us? Moses came to give us law. But Jesus came to teach us grace.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

People Would Rather Believe Lies Than Listen to Truth From The Spirit of God

~ But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.” 1 Corinthians 2:14

~ When a person abides in the Holy Spirit of God, if the Holy Spirit lives in them, they will be shown Truth. However, the flesh still tends to get in the way with even born again believers in Christ Jesus. Reminder, we were born into a world filled with lies.

As believers, we have given lip service to verses that show Satan has controlled the kingdoms of this world including the U.S. Most don’t have a clue of how deep the deception is, because we were born into it. Ask the Holy Spirit to show you ALL truth, and He said he would. Lean not on your own understanding of ALL things (of what you have been taught). For what we have been taught in this world is a lie and has been used as controlled opposition by Satan down through the ages. And don’t forget, Satan has been around a long time, and he knows things we do not.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Jesus is The Truth Setting You Free

Classic Christianity – The Book of John P43 (05-15-23)

The Enemy of Truth (Jesus) Are The Things of This World Controlled by Satan’s Lies

~ As he spake these words, many believed on him. Then said Jesus to those Judaeans [Ἰουδαίους (Ioudaious)] which believed on him, “If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” John 8:30-32

~ Many times, when Jesus spoke to groups of people, there were both those that believed on Him and those that did not believe on Him. We see this happening right here in the word of God. Between John 8:30-32 and John 8:33. We can see the later group’s response that did NOT believe on Jesus in John 8:33. Jesus has many warnings for that group of people that carries over till today. It takes the Holy Spirit of God to understand the meaning and significance of what is being said by Jesus and also to understand those that did not place faith on him as to their questions they were asking. Today, we have the same battle going on between Satan and God, between lies and Truth.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Jesus is Eternal Life

Classic Christianity – The Book of John P30 (04-12-23)

Eternal Life is Found in Christ Jesus

~ “And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life. I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.” 1 John 5:11-13

“But now he’s introducing to us the fact of eternal life in Christ Jesus, that this is the record that God has given us eternal life. And this life is any Son, and who has the Son has life. And who does not have the Son of God does not have life. It’s a cut and dried situation, folks, it’s, it’s not even a religion. It’s an extremely practical thing that God did for us. He says, if you need life, then you’re dead. And until we see our spiritual death, why would we ever come to him for spiritual life? If we’re not hungry, why would we come to Him for bread? If we’re not sinners, why would we come to Him for salvation and forgiveness?… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message
