~ Faith is responding properly to truth. There are so many lies in the world today, that people are actually responding to the lies of the world instead of Truth and they don’t even realize it. And ALL TRUTH begins with Jesus. Jesus is the TRUTH and in Him is NO Lie. Yet people will run to Man for everything under the sun. People will run to movies, to music and to drugs, along with other things to deal with the pressures of life and think they are helping themselves by using the things of the world as a form of escapism. After all, that’s what Man teaches us to do today, and even encourages with tell-a-vision, movies and music. Yet we are told, many have exchanged the TRUTH of God for a lie. None of the things of the world will do anything for a person, and will in fact take them further away from the actual TRUTH, Jesus, God in flesh. Jesus is Our Sabbath Rest for Today

Come Let Us Reason Together, The Sabbath Rest is For Today!

~ There are people that don’t believe the Sabbath rest is for them, and believe that only certain parts of the bible are written for the church. They think there are two different messages today. One message was for Hebrews, and another message was for Gentiles, as though there are two different means of salvation. Folks, it’s important to understand that there is only one means of salvation for both the Hebrews and the Gentiles, through faith in Jesus and Him alone. The Holy Spirit is telling us to enter a Sabbath rest for today. That is for today folks, not tomorrow, not for one group of people, vs another group of people, but for all the children of God. If a person thinks there are two different messages to two different groups of people, they will in effect throw away half the word of God, because they will say to themselves, “I’m not a Hebrew, therefore this must not apply to me.” And furthermore, they will not listen to the Holy Spirit today telling them to rest from their works. … Listen to Broadcast & Read More

~ Flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God. 1 Corinthians 15:50 Do we really believe that? Most give lip service to those very words of God that tell us that. For most are all too willing to listen to agents of Satan tell lies of cleaning up your flesh. Oh, and when you start cleaning up your flesh, you will feel so good about yourself. Because Satan wants you to focus on self, after all, that is what Satan himself does. And Satan knows how man responds. He has had thousands of years to observe man, and we are all too willing to listen to him, instead of listening to the Holy Spirit teach us truth. For we are out there trying to pull up the weeds when we should be learning on how to grow grass. And folks, we can’t even grow the grass ourselves. We can’t but He can. Present With The Lord

Absent From The Body And Present With the Lord Jesus Christ

~ Pay attention to the details. When we die, if we are in Christ Jesus, we go directly to be with Him. And we also know that flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God. So we have to be changed. And we will not be taking our OLD flesh bodies with us. We have a new body that is prepared for us. The new body will never decay. It will never hurt. Nothing will be able to harm the new body. And the Holy Spirit is a deposit of that guarantee. For He set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come. [2 Corinthians 1:22] And the Holy Spirit is a Seal, a Mark in all who are in Christ Jesus, so that we may know for sure we are His. And the Holy Spirit testifies to our spirit that this is so.

Synopsis

As you study the scriptures, hold onto those things that are true. Do not let more obscure passages lead you into confusion and error. Let us not forget that the goal of instruction is love, which comes from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith. The only thing that counts is faith that expresses itself in love.

There are scriptures that are very clear, such as the gospel, that requires faith in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and nothing added to that, nothing that you do, but what God alone has done for you in Christ Jesus. Hold onto that truth, that in Christ Jesus, you are a forgiven person, and that you have eternal life because of the eternal consequence of the cross, with His righteousness imputed to you. You must have a firm grasp on such truth. Be single-minded on that, and do not be double-minded, mixing law and grace, or doubting that Jesus took away all your sins, thinking that He only took away some of your sins.
