Salvation is Life Through Jesus Life

Classic Christianity – No Boasting Here – Part 2 – 6-17-25

We Are Saved By The Life of Jesus, Not His Death

~ For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. Romans 5:10
It is so important to understand that we are NOT saved by the death of Jesus on the cross, but by His very Life, that brings Life to us when we place Faith in Him. This is one of the most misunderstood Truths in regards to salvation. Scripture is crystal clear on this. God reconciled us to Himself. He didn’t consult with anyone beforehand, He did it at the cross through the sacrifice of Jesus Himself on the cross. He declared it is finished. Forgiveness was taken care of. He reconciled us to himself. Forgiveness was settled for everyone at the cross. At the cross, He who knew no sin, became sin for us, so that in Him (in Jesus), we might become the righteousness of God.

Now you would think that would cause a person to leap for joy! And those that receive Grace do leap for joy in their hearts, because they know how much God loved them.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Repentance is a Change of Mind

Call-In Classic Christianity Radio – Bob George P1040 (06-12-25)

Understanding Repentance, A Change of Mind

~ “It is impossible for those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, who have shared in the Holy Spirit, who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the coming age— and then have fallen away—to be restored to repentance, because they themselves are crucifying the Son of God all over again and subjecting Him to open shame.” Hebrews 6:4-6

~ The lie of Calvinism permeates the teaching throughout the false churches today. Many times it is subtle, and other times it is not so subtle. Many adhere to all five points of Calvinism, and some only adhere to one or two points. But no matter what, if anyone is adhering to any part of Calvinism, they are listening to the lies of Satan. Satan knew exactly what he was doing by creating the Calvinism doctrine. And yes, it was created by Satan and his transformed ministers. Make no mistake about it, it was done intentionally to nullify the Word of God. It’s no different than Satan saying the lie to Adam and Eve, “surely you will not die.”… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Study of Classic Christianity and Growing in Grace

Call-In Classic Christianity Radio – Bob George P1039 (06-06-25)

Growing in Grace and The Knowledge of Jesus Christ

~ “But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.” 2 Peter 3:18

~ The message of Truth is seldom taught today. Every Christian denomination is teaching the lies of Satan left and right, and it doesn’t matter which one you name, they are all teaching the lie of ongoing forgiveness by God for example. And that is the very heart of the gospel message. How can we trust anything a pastor says if they are not preaching the True gospel in the first place? You have people thinking they are worshipping God based on how high they raise their arms up, or how wonderful they sing, or how much they pray, or what special words they say, or what day of the week they meet, or being baptized by water, or going to the confession booth, or saying their 1 John 1:9s or how much they give, the list is endless. They haven’t a clue what salvation is and are NOT growing in the knowledge of Jesus.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Jesus Took Away the Sins of the World

Call-In Classic Christianity Radio – Bob George P1038 (06-05-25)

Propitiation Has Taken Place ~ Jesus Took Away The Sins of the Whole World

~ “And He is the propitiation for our sins, and not only for ours, but also for those of the whole world.” 1 John 2:2

~ Understand what the word propitiation means. Jesus, God in the flesh, took away the sins of the whole world, and now God is no longer counting anyone’s sins against them. The forgiveness issue has been satisfied by the death of Jesus on the cross. Now, the life of Christ is when a person places Faith in Him, and the Holy Spirit comes to indwell a person for life. No one is ever born alive physically, and they must be born again of the Spirit of God in order to possess His ETERNAL Life living in them. And that is what the New Spiritual birth is all about. Many people think that occurs when they “get” their sins forgiven, as though their asking for forgiveness causes God to somehow forgive them of their sins. Yet we know, that without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness by God, and He is not going to die on the cross ever again.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Only by Faith in Jesus Not by Works

Call-In Classic Christianity Radio – Bob George P1037 (05-30-25)

Salvation is Only By Faith in Jesus, Not by Works of the Law

~ “Know that a man is not justified by works of the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ. So we, too, have believed in Christ Jesus, that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by works of the law, because by works of the law no one will be justified.” Galatians 2:16

~ Anyone that thinks they NEED to do works in order to be saved, has no idea what salvation even is. You can ask them, those that say “works are required for salvation,” okay, if you say that, what are the works that must be done to be saved? And they can never answer the question. They will simply apply some sort of nebulous answer and never give any specifics. And even when you question them further, they will simply repeat James saying that works are required under the law, as though that is good enough for them. Yet they won’t even look at the following two examples of works in regards to Faith. One being Abraham willing to sacrifice his son, and the other being Rahab protecting the SPIES, and even lying to her government (very interesting when you look at the details by the way).… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Salvation is Not Getting Sins Forgiven

Call-In Classic Christianity Radio – Bob George P1035 (05-23-25)

How Do You Know You Are Saved in Christ Jesus?

~ The natural man does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God. For they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned. 1 Corinthians 2:14

~ Salvation is when the Holy Spirit of God comes to indwell a person and give them life. The Spirit of God brings life to the dead. We receive the Spirit of God through Faith in Jesus, God in the flesh, for having taken care of the sin issue for ever and for all sins. That happened at the cross. Now there are many people that teach ongoing forgiveness as though that is what saves a person, but that is a lie. There is no such thing as ongoing forgiveness by God. He went to the cross one time for the sins of the entire world, and that includes you and me too. He is never going to die on the cross ever again. So place Faith in the Faithful one of God, Jesus God in the flesh, to have completed the work of forgiveness. He took away all your sins never to see them again.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message
