Tithing is Not in The New Covenant ~ Quit Trying to Live Under Old Covenant Law

~ Tithing is Old Testament. It was what the Hebrews were to do to set them apart and to support the Levitical priesthood, which was only to Israel. Has nothing to do with the church. It had to do with Israel. When there have been a Bible in the New Testament, it says where there’s a change of the priesthood, there must also be a change of the law. That I hope that you’re not under the Levite priesthood. So in as much as there has been a change in the priesthood, Christ, Jesus is your priest. There has to be a change to the law, including tithing. And that’s why Paul devoted two chapters in Corinthians to freewill giving, to give joyfully to get to excel in the grace of giving, not the law of giving the grace of giving. To give joyfully to give in accordance to what you do have not in accordance what you don’t have. Salvation is Eternal Life In Christ Jesus ~ Nothing Can Separate You From Him In You

~ “And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.” 1 John 2:2

~ “He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.” 1 John 5:12

~ Once a person is in Christ, and Christ is in You, You can never lose Christ in You. Satan wants us to believe the lie that you can lose eternal life in Christ Jesus. The enemy wants you to believe that there is more forgiveness required by God for ongoing sins and wants us to focus on ourselves instead of focusing on Jesus and His finished work on the cross. “Salvation is receiving the resurrected life of Christ Jesus. The reason that once you have gotten that life that that life is eternal, is because of the eternal consequence of the cross, where he took away eternally the cause of death, which is sin.”

Once you are Saved you Cannot lose that no Matter What

All Your Sins HAVE Been Forgiven Once for ALL at The Cross

~ Isn’t that a strange thing you see what I do and how I respond? And it’s as if you can turn your radio down there because we’re getting a little back live. Yeah, it is, okay. We are responders. God made us to be a responder not an initiator. No one initiated forgiveness at the cross. Not one person said, Jesus, forgive me. No one initiated creation. And no one of us initiated salvation. It was all done by God, and were responders to the work of God. Now, the way we respond is a direct indicator of what we believe or think we believe in regard to what he initiated. And so if I am responding to God saying, I have to go seek forgiveness, it’s because I don’t know that he has forgiven me.

Classic Christianity – A Closer Look at The Finality of The Cross P17 (09-14-21)

God Dealt with Sin. Jesus said, “It is Finished”, and Conquered Death, so You can Receive Him by Faith. So Walk in Freedom, Now that You are Free.

Have you ever been presented with the gospel as coming forward to get your sins forgiven? That is not the gospel. Forgiveness of sins was provided 2000 years ago at a cross, and is what the godhead had decided beforehand that must be done in order for salvation to be given. For salvation is the receiving of new life. If the cause of our death, which is sin, was not solved first, then life could not be given, and as the apostle Paul said, if Christ was not raised we are still dead in our sins (1 Corinthians 15).

¹⁶ For if the dead are not raised, then Christ has not been raised either. ¹⁷ And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still dead in your sins.

Have you ever been tempted to sin? Have you been ensnared and trapped in sin? If we do not guard our hearts, Satan has a way of deceiving us, and it starts out small and innocent enough, and we rationalize it away, then before long you are ensnared. Many a person has stolen money from a college, a business or a ministry and then found themselves in a debt they cannot pay. They try to keep that hidden but are eventually found out.
