~ “So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith,” Galatians 3:26

“You have people today in the denomination that believe that the way that you have Jesus into your heart is to put a wafer in your mouth. And so you have people that come forward, and the priests puts wafers in your mouth and that wafer is transformed into the body of Jesus. And now Jesus lives in you. If you drink wine, well, then that is transformed into the blood of Jesus and Jesus lives in you. Well, I’ve told people, if that’s true, that isn’t gonna stay there long, and as much as we have a digestive tract. And so we’re how a person or how people can believe this, I do not know. Because I do know what I put in my mouth ain’t gonna stay there. Maybe that’s why you have to keep coming back, to get Jesus over and over again. Jesus is Eternal Life

Eternal Life is Found in Christ Jesus

~ “And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life. “But now he’s introducing to us the fact of eternal life in Christ Jesus, that this is the record that God has given us eternal life. And this life is any Son, and who has the Son has life. And who does not have the Son of God does not have life. It’s a cut and dried situation, folks, it’s, it’s not even a religion. It’s an extremely practical thing that God did for us. He says, if you need life, then you’re dead. And until we see our spiritual death, why would we ever come to him for spiritual life? If we’re not hungry, why would we come to Him for bread? ~ Immediately Jesus reached out his hand and caught him. “You of little faith,” he said, “why did you doubt?” Matthew 14:31

“Now let’s go back again to the book of Matthew, and pick up, the story in Matthew, verse 22, in Matthew 14. Now in Matthew, He says Immediately Jesus made his disciples get into the boat and go on ahead of him to the other side, while he dismissed the crowd. Remember, he had just finished feeding the 5000. After he had dismissed them, he went up on a mountain side by himself to pray. And when evening came, he was there alone. But the boat was already a considerable distance from land, we now know to to two and a half miles, buffeted by the waves because the wind was against it. True Agape Love Comes From God

“In chapter 13, he says, I’m going to show you a more excellent way. Because guys, the opposite of love is not hate. The opposite of love is pride. That’s the opposite. Love is patient. Pride is never patient. Love is kind. Pride is never kind. Is it? Love never keeps records of wrongs. Pride can’t afford not to keep records of wrongs. In case you get a little one upmanship on me, I got my record of you to get back at you. There are some people that you can never criticize that they’re not going to put it right back on you. Have you ever known people like that? That you say, Well, you know, you did. this. Oh, that’s what you do too. Got even with them that time. Jesus Says Who do You Say I Am

Jesus Asks Each of Us, “Who Do You Say I Am?

~ “He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Matthew 16:15

“And so he was saying here that you diligently searched the scriptures. You know what the Scriptures say. And you think that by them, you possess eternal life, but he said, these are the Scriptures that testify about Me. And yet you refuse to come to me and receive or to have what? Life, you refuse to have life. So in other words, Jesus again is saying that life is found in me. You may come as we’re going to see a little later you may come to follow me to get fed, you may come to follow me to get a miracle. You may follow me to get healed. You may follow me to get blessings. But you have not come to me to get what you don’t have, life. And again, it’s the whole emphasis of salvation is life. Come unto me and receive life. Why? Faith in Jesus Says Thank You

Faith Says Thank You to God

~ Faith is responding with thanksgiving to the forgiveness that God has already done for us. It is walking in unbelief to keep asking God to forgive you over and over again. It’s calling God a Liar. If you ask over and over again, it is obvious that you don’t believe Jesus forgave ALL your sins at the cross. When we come to Christ Jesus, we are made perfect (complete) in the sight of God. We are set apart (holy). We can not do anything to make us more holy.
