You Have Been Reconciled Unto an Exchanged Life as a New Creation in Christ Jesus

Have you realized you have been reconciled to God already through Jesus’ shed blood on a cross? That means the debt of sin has been in full, as Jesus last words dying on a cross were, “It is finished” (John 19:30). According to Hebrews 9:22, without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins. That means Jesus is not going to shed His blood again. So this is like being tried in a courtroom of law, proven guilty, but then a man steps up and pays your fine to set you free. The penalty for the crime that rightfully should have been placed on you was pardoned, paid for by another person so you are free. Or, as an example, you were in debt and filed for bankruptcy, and the accountant in charge of the bankruptcy had to balance the books so the debt was taken off your accounts payable and written onto his accounts receivable. The debt had been cleared.

Allow the Holy Spirit Living in You to Renew Your Mind With Truth

In order to grow in Christ, we need to replace error with truth. But do we recognize the error? How would we if we are not spending time in God’s word relying on the Spirit of God living in us to teach us. A common mistake that hinders growth is relying on denominational persuasions on what truth is.

A common hindrance to growth is all the denominations not teaching truth. Listen as a caller asks a question concerning a church practice of home churches for today, as if that is the only way church structure should be done according to some people, that led into a conversation about the church being a mess today. The church is not a mess because of its organizational structure even though that brought about some of the mess. What good does it do where the whole church is doing the same thing? There is one denomination where the pastor looks alike and everybody looks alike, and that is not even the problem with the church. Let us Discover Together the Grace of God

It is encouraging to hear people reach out to another brother or sister in Christ or to ask questions because they want to learn and grow. Such an environment where you feel free to ask questions is such an encouragement, where you pray together, have fellowship in the Spirit, and learn from others who have grown in the Lord, and be able to share what the Lord is doing in your own life. In the Internet age, the ability to do so has opened up such opportunities to people living in different states and even across countries with a Zoom bible study. Although you do not have the close person to person interaction, there are opportunities you would never have had otherwise.

So as you listen to the callers, you can hear the grateful attitudes of the heart, even from the resources made available to them, such as Classic Christianity and A Spiritual Journey to Discover the Grace of God that they testified has totally changed their understanding of what the Christian life is all about.

God Reconciled the World unto Himself so as an Ambassador for Christ, I Implore you to be Reconciled – (BELIEVE HE DID IT!)

In this chaotic world we live in, and we really do not need to say much about that, riots in various cities, floods and earthquakes in various places, lockdowns, and critical race theory being pushed in the schools, and a push for unproven experimental injections, with various rewards for doing so and punishments for not doing so. The world has gone crazy and seems to be heading to the new world order, with infrastructure being developed and conditioning of the masses for supporting it, as to what the bible prophesies concerning a coming one world government headed by the antichrist, as you can read about in the book of Revelation.

With that being said, it is easy to lose focus of what our job is as a believer and as an ambassador of Christ. Love is What Motivated God’s Provision of New Life for You and Me

Jesus Christ is the life we need. We are to rest in Christ’ finished work for us. Forgiveness of sins is over. All punishment was placed on Jesus, with none left for you. That provision for sin allows us to freely approach God, for there is now no fear of punishment. We can come to Him to receive what He really came to give us, eternal life, the same Holy Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead to be placed in you forever. So let that perfect love cast out fear so you can love one another with the same love God has given you. God’s love preceded His provision for forgiveness for sin.

Many of us have grown up in church and heard the song sung, Amazing Grace. Have you pondered over how the grace of God surely is amazing? When church leadership incorrectly teaches people to ask God to forgive you when you sin or to keep short accounts with God, what is amazing about begging God to forgive you? Love motivated God to Provide All We Need for Life and Godliness

I believe everyone knows they have a need for forgiveness. But what the world is confused or ignorant about is how we can have forgiveness. There is this idea the world has of on-going forgiveness, that when I sin then I need to do something to get that sin removed, whether it would be going to a confessional booth, confessing your sins to a priest, or doing your 1 John 1:9 of going direct to God to get your sins erased, as a means to get cleansed of your sin, or in the case of an Israelite, in the times of the Old Testament, of going back to the day of atonement, sacrificing a bull and a goat. The problem with all of these systems, they are man-made ideas of how man can do something to have right standing before God. Although the animal sacrifice was required by God under an Old Covenant system, it could cover sin but it could never take sins away and only make a man conscious of sin.
