Did You Come to Jesus for Life, Or to Get Things?

Some Went Out From Us Because They Did Not Belong to Us

~ It’s important to understand today, that most church pastors and teachers are NOT teaching the true gospel message. There are some (born again believers) that are rebelling against religion, and that is actually a good thing. Yet there are many many others that are NOT abiding in the Truth and have never been saved to begin with. They never repented of their unbelief and placed faith in Jesus. Things have flipped and are upside down since the early church began, and most pastors and teachers in the “Christian religion” are teaching lies and are teaching what itching ears want to hear. Scripture even warns us of these days that are upon us with a GREAT NUMBER OF TEACHERS that are preaching lies. Holy Spirit discernment is required in ALL things. That is why we must be taught by the Holy Spirit and not by man.

What Does Repentance Mean in the Scriptures?

~ We repent of our unbelief in Jesus and believe in Him for salvation. When we change our mind (repent), the Holy Spirit gives us eternal life at that very moment in time.

“Repentance in the Bible, as we’ve kind of mentioned before, is a very strong word. We have watered it down like we do the word Christian and everything else would then have a meaning to it. And so repentance is the same way. It’s a very, very strong word. It is used in the Scriptures only as it relates to salvation, because you’re talking about a total change of identity, you’re not talking about I’m smoking but I’m going to repent and quit smoking, because you could start again. ~ Who are you going to listen to, man or God? We are so quick to latch on to what man has to say about the things of this world, yet we don’t go back to the word of God to verify the things that are being said to see if they are true or not. Are you believing something because of man’s testimony or because the Holy Spirit taught you Truth? This is True in ALL things today.

~ “We accept human testimony, but God’s testimony is greater because it is the testimony of God, which he has given about his Son. Whoever believes in the Son of God accepts this testimony. Whoever does not believe God has made him out to be a liar, because they have not believed the testimony God has given about his Son. And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life. ~ Have you followed Jesus to the cross and then to the empty tomb? Are you going to Jesus to receive His eternal life, or are you going to God as a vending machine for things in your life? Which is more important to you, physical temporary life and things in this life, or eternal Life in Him?

“And so whether it be to a lost doctor or a lost person living under the bridge, they’re lost. And they’re dead. I asked the group the other day, which body stinkith the most, a dead doctor, or a dead person living under a bridge? The stench is the same, they’re dead, and the need of life. Only by Faith Does a Person Become a Child of God

“You have people today in the denomination that believe that the way that you have Jesus into your heart is to put a wafer in your mouth. And so you have people that come forward, and the priests puts wafers in your mouth and that wafer is transformed into the body of Jesus. And now Jesus lives in you. If you drink wine, well, then that is transformed into the blood of Jesus and Jesus lives in you. Well, I’ve told people, if that’s true, that isn’t gonna stay there long, and as much as we have a digestive tract. And so we’re how a person or how people can believe this, I do not know. Because I do know what I put in my mouth ain’t gonna stay there. Maybe that’s why you have to keep coming back, to get Jesus over and over again.
