The Discipline of The Lord Remains On His Children For Our Good

~ As children of God (all those born again of the Spirit of God are His children), he is constantly teaching us about everything. And as we go through the tribulations of life, that is where the Holy Spirit is really teaching us to Trust in Jesus, the Faithful One of God. And there are other times, when the Lord has to correct each of us, for believing in the lies of Satan and the world. And it doesn’t seem very pleasant at the time, when God is rebuking us (training us) on our wrong thinking, and correcting us towards the TRUTH with His wisdom and understanding. That is all part of Him renewing our mind. And may He accomplish in us what is pleasing in His sight through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.” Hebrews 13:20-21 When we understand that God wants to use each of us to accomplish in us, what is pleasing in His sight through Jesus Christ it gives a person a new perspective on Life. The Body of Christ is Made up of Many Parts

~ Let the word of God speak to your heart. As we near the completion of our study on the book of Hebrews, Bob shares with us the truth about the body of Christ. Here are the key verses we need to focus on for today. The body of Christ belongs to each other. And there are gifts given to different members, and not all members have the same gifts. But all of us do share in the Holy Spirit, for He lives in every true believer today. We are to abide in Him, and allow the Holy Spirit to live His life in and through us. We are One with Christ Jesus. Once you understand the meaning of that, it sets you free completely to live as God intended Man to live, with God living in the Man forever and ever! For nothing can ever separate the believer from Him, once they are in Christ Jesus and He is in them. God, Jesus cannot deny Himself! And God is TRUE, and what He has said stands forever.

Jesus Gave Us New Commands of Belief and Love

Serve One Another in Love ~ Love is Jesus ~ Truth

~ Much of what we do today is skewed based on our misunderstanding of things. For example, the word Love as defined in the word of God is completely misunderstood today, even big time misunderstanding within the body of Christ too. We are told to serve one another in love, by following the way of Love. But here is where it gets important to understand what love is and what it is NOT. First off, we have to understand that Love lives in the true child of God today. We are told in the scriptures that Love is Jesus, and that He lives in every true child of God. That doesn’t mean that Love has a muzzle over their mouth. It doesn’t mean that Love is not a foreteller of truth.

And because of our misunderstanding of love, we let the flesh get in the way of allowing love to flow in and through us. Get Back to The Foundation ~ Jesus

~ Jesus is our very foundation. Jesus is our wisdom (not the wisdom of the world). Jesus is our Truth (not the lies of the world). Jesus is our righteousness (not our own self righteousness). Jesus is our Life (not the world we live in). Jesus is our meaning and purpose to life (not the things of the world). Yet even the very elect forget these key aspects of abiding in Christ Jesus, and go out in the energy of their flesh and think they are doing something for God. We all tend to forget that our flesh can easily be stirred up by Satan. And that is important for each of us to also understand.

But in these recent times, God is waking up the sleeping children of God and is making us aware of many things that are happening in the world today. For knowledge is increasing and in great measure. Jesus Wants You to be Truth Telling

Follow the Way of Love, Be a TRUTH Teller

~ If a person is in Christ Jesus, Love and TRUTH lives in them. We are to follow the way of love and to eagerly desire gifts of the Spirit, especially prophecy, which is TRUTH telling. However, most are NOT TRUTH telling today. And even within the body of Christ, many get angry when they hear the truth in regards to things of the world and the word of God. Most gloss over Truth and instead give lip service to the Word of God. Quite frankly, most can’t handle the Truth, because it upsets them too much to think about the ramifications of Truth. Some will say, “I don’t like that verse in scripture” even though they know what the verse means and says. They want all the sweet smelling verses and none of the warnings from the word of God that expose evil, identify what is going on in the world today and clearly state the consequences of things, even when those warnings come directly from Jesus himself.
