~ We hear a lot of things today, where some member of a band or some well known movie star, “supposedly” becomes a Christian. And low and behold, years later they show their true colors. And folks, it’s all by design from Satan to get a person to focus on this person or that person instead of the word of God. When you dig down into the details, and now we even have additional insight into these details because everything is quickly at our fingertips online, and we can see what others believe and even what other pastors teach, in regards to their understanding of salvation, or what they think of salvation as believing the lie that a person gets their sins forgiven when they repent of all their sins, and these are nothing more than stories in the so called news, to get you to focus on that person, instead of the Truth of the word of God. ~ We live in a world of great deception today, and many have substituted the world around them, as though that is where they are going to find all Truth taught, in a building, or some man, or some religious institution, or some denomination, or even some church assembly, and they Trust that over and above the Word of God. You will hear them say things like, “Well my pastor teaches this in regards to tithing.” Or, “My pastor teaches that if I’m not producing fruit of the Spirit, then I’m not saved.” Or, “You need to get right with the Lord, and repent of ALL of your sins, or you will not have eternal life.” We could go on with even more examples of the lies that are spread, but know this, this is the teaching of MAN not God.

~ God is not keeping a record of your sins and wrongs in life. He is not going to broadcast your sins ever again. Today the lies of Satan are taught all over the world in and out of church settings. Most don’t believe God’s word, and are not trusting in the finality of the cross. They show by their actions that they are not exercising faith in Jesus and what He did on the cross for them. Most ministries are not teaching this foundational Truth of the word of God. And it is obvious that most are spreading one of the Big lies of Satan of teaching of ongoing forgiveness by God. God Did Not Give us a Spirit of Fear, But One of Sound Mind

~ God gave us a mind, and He expects us to use it. And if you are in Christ Jesus, it says He gave you a Sound Mind. Most people run to their pastor or teacher, to find out what the word of God means, instead of having it revealed directly to them by God Himself. When a person is born again of the Spirit, they have the Spirit of God living in them. They are not to be dependent on some pill to take away fear or worry, but learn to trust in God who is the faithful One. They are not to zone out on movies or listening to the teaching of the world on tell-a-vision, but take it to God for understanding and wisdom directly from Him. They are not to run to a local pastor or teacher, that quite frankly most likely doesn’t know God and is probably not even born again of the Spirit themselves, because a lost person will definitely teach a person the lies of Satan and the world. Jesus Said, “Fear Not, I Have Overcome the World.”

~ Perfect love casts away ALL fear. Jesus is the perfect Love of God. We have nothing to fear about anything. Yet what have we seen in the past number of years. Fear. Fear spreading on TV. Fear when shopping. Fear of being too close to others. Fear of everything. Fear of getting sick. Fear of dying. Fear comes from the evil one. Fear is trumped up by Satan and the fallen angels. Fear also has to do with punishment. People fear God is going to get them for the bad things they have done in life. Fear of thinking that God is going to grade on the curve, and that God is going to be somehow pleased with them if they do more good works than bad works, all the while never knowing for sure if they have done enough good things to outweigh the bad.
