Salvation is Life

~ “Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.” 1 John 5:12

~ When we are in Christ Jesus, we will be bombarded by temptations of the flesh in more ways than one. And satan will stroke those desires by what we see and hear around us. So it’s important to understand where those temptations are coming from and to also recognize that we will have those temptations until we are absent from the body of this flesh and blood and present with the Lord in our new bodies. So, don’t beat yourself up when you are tempted in the flesh. It is normal. Simply go back to Him and focus on Truth. And don’t let satan put you on a guilt trip either. Because that is another desire of the flesh also. It’s all tied together. Many times we think the temptation that we fall into is the only desire of the flesh, but then we overlook that our feeling guilty is the other aspect that satan wants us to focus on. We Are a New Creation in Christ Jesus

Classic Christianity – The Greatest Story – Part 3 – 3-18-26

~ “Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away. Behold, the new has come!” 2 Corinthians 5:17

~ It’s time to stop playing church. It’s time to make a decision. Have you come to have a personal relationship with Jesus Himself? Do you really know Him? Do you understand what He truly did on the cross for you? Have you really placed Faith in Him, or have you given lip service to the word of God itself? Faith is being sure of something and properly responding to that. “that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation.” 2 Corintians 5:19 is the very heart of the gospel message. Place Faith in Jesus, God in the flesh to have taken away all your sins at the cross, so that through Faith in Him that He will make you a brand new creation in Christ Jesus. When that happens in your life, EVERYTHING changes.

The 10 Commandments Brought Death ~ Jesus Through The Spirit Brings LIfe to the Dead

~ “Now if the ministry of death, which was engraved in letters on stone, came with such glory that the Israelites could not gaze at the face of Moses because of its fleeting glory, will not the ministry of the Spirit be even more glorious? For if the ministry of condemnation was glorious, how much more glorious is the ministry of righteousness! Indeed, what was once glorious has no glory now in comparison to the glory that surpasses it. ~ Every true believer’s ministry needs to focus on HIS Life today. When we share the Truth about Jesus and what He did on the cross, taking away the sins of the world, the Holy Spirit gives Life to all who place Faith in Him. Jesus Resurrects the Dead to Life

Jesus Came to Give Life to the Dead

~ “The thief comes only that he might steal and might kill and might destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.” John 10:10

~ Salvation is when the Life of God, through His Holy Spirit of coming to live inside of you and the two become one. Your spirit is merged with His Spirit.

~ “But the one being joined to the Lord is one spirit.” 1 Corinthians 6:17

~ When a person is joined with God’s Spirit, they become a new creation in Christ Jesus.

~ “Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away; behold, the new has come into being.” 2 Corinthians 5:17

~ Now, when a person is in Christ Jesus, and Christ is in them, they are to count themselves dead to sin. For sin no longer holds its power on them. For they have been freed from the power of sin, which is in the law, and now walk in His Life.

Love One Another in TRUTH

For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision has any value. What matters is faith expressing itself through love. Galatians 5:6

~ Speaking the Truth in love is telling it like it is. People need to hear the Truth of the word of God. And the Truth will cut through ALL the lies. If a person is responding to TRUTH, they will listen to the Holy Spirit teach them TRUTH. If a person is unwilling to listen, they will lean on their own understanding of things, and justify their own actions, which are NOT in accordance to the word of God.

Is it Love, not to tell Truth, even when a person is preaching or believing in lies? Is it Love to ignore someone’s misplaced dependencies instead of pointing to depending on Jesus for ALL TRUTH? Is it Love NOT to share the gospel with people today and simply ignore the lies being taught? No. Love tells it like it is regardless of how the chips may fall. Results are in God’s hands. Jesus God Who Justifies The Wicked

The Wicked Will Not Inherit the Kingdom of God

~ “Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who submit to or perform homosexual acts, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor verbal abusers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God. And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.” 1 Corinthians 6:9-11

~ It’s important to understand that the wicked is everyone who is NOT in Christ Jesus. Those who do NOT have the Spirit of God living in them are unrightous before God. However, the exact opposite of that is True. Everyone in Christ Jesus is righteous before God, not because of what they do or don’t do, but because of their faith in the Faithful one of God, who took away all their sins at the cross, and now God has given them the gift of Eternal life.
