Salvation is Eternal Life in Christ Jesus

Thanksgiving P5 – Bob George (11-29-24)

All Men are Born Dead, Without the Spirit of God Living in Them

~ Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, so also death was passed on to all men, because all sinned. Romans 5:12

If a person doesn’t know they are dead, why would they ever turn to Jesus for Life? It’s one thing to know that our sins have been forgiven at the cross, it’s something else to understand that we are ALL dead without the Life giver living inside us, the Holy Spirit of God, the One that gives us eternal life the moment we place faith in Him. No man is ever born physically by natural birth, alive spiritually. We were All born in the image of the fallen Adam, dead. And scripture is crystal clear on this. And most people don’t know that, nor do they want to know the Truth of that. They would much rather promote Satan’s lie that we are all basically good, and that we are to look at the good in people. And hence, most people do not share the gospel with people at all, because they … Listen to Broadcast & Read More

Give Thanks to Jesus Lord and God

Thanksgiving P4 – Bob George (11-28-24)

Give Thanks to Jesus for His Love For Us

~ Give thanks to the LORD, for He is good; His loving devotion endures forever. Psalm 107:1

The love of Jesus endures forever. We have so much to be thankful for with Jesus. First off, God has taken care of the sin issue forever for us directly by Himself. And for those who are in Christ Jesus, He has given us Eternal Life that began the very day we placed faith in Him for what He did for us. His Life came to Live in us forever through the Holy Spirit, the Life giver. And as such, He will never separate from us no matter what. His Love endures forever and His Love lives in us directly too. Once we understand the truth of this, and understand that God wants to live His Life in and through us, it frees us up to rest in Him for everything. And once we understand that, we can thank God for EVERYTHING. So be transformed by the renewing of the mind, and allow His Spirit to teach us All things.

And for those that have not received Jesus, … Listen to Broadcast & Read More

Jesus is Our Thanksgiving Today

Thanksgiving P3 – Bob George (11-27-24)

The Will of God is to Give Thanks to Him in All Things

~ Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. Philippians 4:6

When we stop to think about where we are at today, we have so much to be thankful for. We are to give thanks to God for the things we do have, and not worry about the things that may or may not come to pass. We have no idea of what is going to happen in our future. However, what we do know is that our Jesus of today is going to be there with us in our future. And when we understand that this body of ours are all heading to the grave, but for those of us that are in Christ Jesus, we will NEVER die, for we will be eternally present with the Lord. So we are to give of ourselves, with thanksgiving in our heart to Him, and allow ourselves to be used by Jesus to guide us internally, moment by moment of each day. For God alone knows the future of all things, … Listen to Broadcast & Read More

Trust in Jesus Only

Thanksgiving P2 – Bob George (11-26-24)

Thank God for His Gifts to Us All of The Body of Christ

~ For just as the body is one, and has many members, and all the members of the body being many are one body, so also is Christ. For also in one Spirit we all were baptized into one body, whether Hebrews or Greeks, whether slaves or free, and we were all made to drink one Spirit. 1 Corinthians 12:12,13

Each of us who are in Christ Jesus has been given a job to do today. That job begins with “believing in Jesus,” for that is the work of the ministry.

John 6:28,29
Therefore they said to Him, “What must we do, that we may be doing the works of God?”

Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you should believe in Him whom He has sent.”

We have been given our marching orders, and they are not orders in the traditional sense, but they are instructions for us to follow on a moment by moment basis. He instructs us on what to do and say when the time is right. He teaches us what … Listen to Broadcast & Read More

A Living Sacrifice

Thanksgiving P1 – Bob George (11-25-24)

Be Led By The Holy Spirit For All Truth ~ Give Thanks in All Circumstances

~ ‘And I, brothers, was not able to speak to you as to spiritual, but as fleshly—as to infants in Christ. I gave you milk to drink, not solid food, for not yet were you able. In fact, now you are still not able, for you are still fleshly. For where jealousy and strife are among you, are you not fleshly, and are walking according to man? For when one might say, “I indeed am of Paul,” but another, “I of Apollos,” are you not fleshly?

Who then is Apollos? And who is Paul? Servants through whom you believed, even as the Lord has given to each. I planted, Apollos watered, but God kept it growing. So neither the one planting nor the one watering is anything, but only God, the One giving growth. Now the one planting and the one watering are one, and each will receive his own reward, according to his own labor. For we are God’s fellow workers; you are God’s field, God’s building.’ 1 Corinthians 3:1-9

Faith Says Thank You to God

Classic Christianity – Book of Romans P17 (11-05-24)

Faith Says Thank You To Jesus God!

~ When you say thank you to God for the FACT that He took away ALL your sins at the cross, you are AGREEING with God. In fact, the word confess means to agree with God, and in the Greek it also means to give thanks. Have you noticed, that you cannot give thanks at the same time you are asking for something that you don’t have or vice-versa. In essence, if a person is asking for forgiveness, then they obviously don’t believe that they were forgiven completely at the cross. You can’t have it both ways. There are people that say, “Okay, I know God forgave me at the cross, but it makes me feel good when I confess my sins and ask for him to forgive me.” That’s nothing more than lying directly to God and saying to God, “I don’t believe you took away all my sins at the cross.” Yet people will fight you tooth and nail, so they “feel good” when they do something wrong. It’s ALL about them, and how they feel. They see nothing wrong with it, because … Listen to Broadcast & Read More
