Classic Christianity – Stand Firm in The Lord – Part 2 – 4-28-26

~ For you became imitators, brothers, of the churches of God being in Judaea in Christ Jesus, because you also suffered the same things from your own countrymen as they also did from the Judaeans, who, having killed both the Lord Jesus and the prophets, and having driven us out; and they are not pleasing God and contrary to all men, forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles so that they might be saved, so as to fill up their sins always. The Word of God is Jesus

Classic Christianity – Stand Firm in The Lord – Part 1 – 4-27-26

~ And we continually thank God because, when you received the word of God that you heard from us, you accepted it not as the word of men, but as it truly is, the word of God, which is also now at work in you who believe. 1 Thessalonians 2:13

~ Today we are given a choice of who we are going to listen to, the Word of God, or the word of men. There are some folks that don’t even think sharing the gospel is important for today, and that we should all simply be lovey dovey to one another without so much as a mention of Jesus and how dare we call sin sin. And that is the teaching of man and demons today. They don’t want people to know what they are doing is sin, and therfore there is no need for a Savior. That’s why we get so much on Tell-a-Vision that pushes sinning left and right as though it is no big deal. It has brainwashed everyone to think it is simply acceptable behavior. Salvation is Life in Christ Jesus

~ “For in Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set you free from the law of sin and death.” Romans 8:2
~ People need to hear and understand the Truth of the word of God. We are not saved by the death of Jesus on the cross, but by His resurrected Life. Most times the salvation message is come to God to get your sins forgiven, which quite frankly is a lie. Because God forgave everyone’s sins at the cross. But forgivness in itself does not give Life tot he dead. Life gives Life to the dead. And when a person accepts by Faith the fact that Jesus took away all their sins at the cross and is no longer counting any of their sins against them, then the very Life of God, the Holy Spirit is given and we are indwelt by the Spirit of God within our spirit and makes us one with Christ Jesus. Everyone who is in Christ Jesus is now True Israel, a people of God. And Israel was always a people of God, NOT a location. Work of Ministry is to Believe in Jesus

What is The Work of The Ministry? To Believe in Jesus.

~ Then they inquired, “What must we do to perform the works of God?”

Jesus replied, “The work of God is this: to believe in the One He has sent.” John 6:28,29

~ Works in the Bible are not what we typically think they are.

How many times have we heard that the Christian must do works to show they are saved? The subject of “works” as presented in the Bible is not what most people think they are. First off, a believer in Christ can not “produce” any good works in of themselves.

Now, let us talk about what good “works” really are as it relates to the Bible. The whole Christian world (that is all the religious folks), and even many of us that believe in total Grace have been brainwashed into thinking good works are something they are not. First off, Jesus explained what the “work” of God is and is a key foundational starting point. Jesus answered, “The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.” (John 6:29) By the way, the word work here in John 6:29 of Scripture as defined in the Greek language is really like a job function (meaning: business or employment) here.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Wisdom From God

Classic Christianity – Wisdom in Humility – Part 3 – 4-22-26

~ If any of you lacks Wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. James 1:5

~ Come let us reason together says the Lord. Most all of us have read Matthew 24 in the past. Here are some questions to consider going forward to ask of God: Who is Jesus speaking DIRECTLY to in Matthew 24? Is Jesus speaking to us, or is HE speaking directly to His disciples? Context is ALWAYS important. Read the natural writing of it. He said to them, “When YOU see ALL these things…” “Even so, when YOU see all these things, YOU know that it is near, right at the door.” Matthew 24:33 Who are the “You”? Are we the “you” today or were the “you” his disciples? There is no Temple anymore. Consider that going forward. The Temple was destroyed. There is no temple to have the abomination of desolation going to take place anywhere today. And if there was a Temple built, how would a satanic Temple built by human hands, have a “HOLY PLACE” that is NOT sanctioned by God, going to have an abomination that causes desolation?… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

In Christ Jesus You Have Eternal Life

Classic Christianity – Wisdom in Humility – Part 2 – 4-21-26

~ I have written these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life. And this is the confidence that we have before Him: If we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we already possess what we have asked of Him. 1 John 5:13-15

~ It is key that we who are in Christ Jesus know that we have eternal life the very moment we placed Faith in Jesus. Eternal Life is not some distant future thing that we are given. Eternal Life is through the Spirit of God coming to live inside you, making you Born again of the Spirit of God, and He lives in you forever. However, the evil one doesn’t want you to know or understand that. He wants you believing the lies that if you preform for God, or if you are good enough, or if you do enough good service for God, that someday you might “get” eternal life as though it is based on what you do or what you don’t do.… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message
