Where are you in this coming up Thanksgiving season? Are you in a season of your life now where you are free to talk with your mother or your father? Or is that relationship strained? Do you have brothers and sisters in Christ whom you can be with? Well, you are blessed. God tells us to be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. What does that mean? God sees you and rejoices with you when you rejoice but He also grieves with you when you grieve. He is always available for help in time of need. And there is the peace of God that surpasses all understanding because you know Him. You have understood and entered the Sabbath rest with God. That is why we can be thankful. We learn patience and endurance through the things we struggle, the trial and tribulations of life, humbly depending on the Holy Spirit of God, who leads us from within, as a child of God. The Wages of Sin is Death, But the Gift of God is Life

Most pastors are teaching a half gospel. Many teach that a person “gets” their sins forgiven when they ask God for it. Yet without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness (Hebrews 9:22). Jesus forgave your sins on the cross so that He would give you life, His eternal life when you place faith in Him. Forgiveness is found only in Christ Jesus. No one gets their sins forgiven today apart from Christ Jesus. The only thing a person can do is receive His forgiveness when you receive Him and He gives you eternal life the moment you place faith in Him.

Romans 5:9-11
9 Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him! 10 For if, while we were God’s enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life! 11 Not only is this so, but we also boast in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation.

Getting Common Questions Answered; Receiving Forgiveness of Sins that Has Already Been Done by Jesus; What About the Rapture and Cremation; Why Is the World Getting Worse; How Do You Introduce the Gospel to People

Many times people call the radio program to get clarification on this topic of forgiveness because wherever they go they hear so much on this interpretation on 1 John 1:9, that says that when you sin you must confess your sin to stay in fellowship with God. They may have also heard it said that you need to keep short accounts with God, so as soon as you sin you need to confess that sin to get forgiveness from God. Some pastors will call that parental or experiential sin in contrast to those positional sins that Jesus forgave at the cross so we can have this so-called positional standing with God.

All of this is double-talk, not in accordance with the meaning of the word of God, in conflict with so many other passages of scripture that clearly explain what Jesus accomplished on the cross. Jesus forgave the sins of the entire world (1 John 2:2 NASB), where He says their sins and lawless acts He will remember no more and where these have been forgiven there is no longer any sacrifice for sins (Hebrews 10:16-18).… Click to Read More And Follow Along With The Message

Have You Understood the Finality of the Cross: Are You a Follower Of Christ but Not Born Again? Are You a Professor or a Possessor of Christ?

I once heard someone born in England once say that anyone born in America is a Christian. Some people think that if you go to church then you are a Christian? What do people really mean when they ask if you are a Christian? Are they really just asking to see if you are a good person, towing the line of expectations of men? That you go to a denomination that they approve as the one true church? I have heard Mormons say they are Christians too? I have heard Catholics say they are Christians too? Regardless of the denomination, sitting in a church does not make you a Christian any more than sitting in a hen house makes you a chicken. And who is Jesus to you? Is he merely a political leader? Is he just a prophet like other prophets? Was he just a good and noble man who was martyred for a just cause? Let Truth set you Free and Learn to Walk in Grace

As a new believer, you will tend to have more of a struggle in overcoming sinful habits, and that is not unusual, as you are just now on the starting line of having your mind renewed. Even as you mature in Christ, you will continue in that process of having your mind renewed until the day we meet the Lord. We will all continue to battle the flesh, and God knows our weaknesses and tendencies. We are all reminded to guard our life and doctrine closely and take heed that we do not fall, and to be gentle and humble toward others, as we ourselves could easily get caught up in any sin ourselves. Along with allowing God to change us, our thinking and attitudes of heart, to let your actions be in accordance with who you are as a child of God, then your emotions will follow. You will no longer be miserable but experience the fruit of the Spirit God wants produce in you and through you. Learn to trust the mercy and grace of God. Are You Burdened and Heavy Laden? Who Can Give You Rest for Your Soul? Jesus Says, “Come Unto Me.”

Have you lost a son or a daughter, a mother or a father? Have you been kicked out of a church for sharing completed forgiveness? Have you been fired from a job? Are you homeless? Are you without a family or friends you can talk to? Do relationships with people just seem to fall apart? Have you not seen relatives in years or been able to talk with them because of deep pain? Do you have a son or daughter who is just struggling in life, and you see him or her hurt and you hurt with them too? Do you feel you are carrying this burden all alone? But, know this, you are not alone. God is with you. Let Him carry the load. Can you see that He is carrying the load?
