Classic Christianity Radio – Heirs of the Promise Part 2 (2-19-19)
Bob George first repeats a message from yesterday from the book of Ephesians that the believing Jews and Gentiles, together are heirs of the promise of God in Christ Jesus. About 14 minutes into the audio, Bob explains this New Covenant He made with man, both Jew and Gentile, from Hebrews 10. Bob begins by asking the question, “This covenant we are under, is that for us?”
Hebrews 10:11-18 (KJV) 11 And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins: 12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; 13 From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool. 14 For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified. 15 Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before, 16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; 17 And … Listen to Broadcast & Read More

Welcome to Classic Christianity Radio with Bob George. Let’s now join Bob George as he offers practical biblical insights as he helps people experience faith, hope and love in Jesus.
Bob addressed common questions in the world today. “Can believers marry again after divorce?”, “What did Jesus teach in Matthew?”, “What should we do when we sin as believers?”, and “Have I committed the sin of blasphemy?” are the questions asked by several callers. Classic Christianity – Call-In Bob George p398 (12-07-18)
Bob George answers calls from various listeners, proving clarification of scriptures with practical insight from God’s word. The callers today asked Bob to clarify the understanding of certain passages of scriptures. One person asked if a person could ever be blotted out of the book of life in reference to a passage of scripture in Revelation 3. Another person was bothered about what she perceived as a war between good and evil that if people go to hell then would that not indicate God lost the war? Bob addressed the person by redirecting her away from thinking in terms of winning and losing. God is not in a competition with Satan. Instead he encouraged her to ponder over the fact of how God chose to create man with a free will. Because of that choice of design, man can choose to come to Christ by faith or reject him. Many indeed will reject him but that is by a choice. For the heart and desire of God is that none should perish but all come to faith in him for eternal to be with God forever. Another person was all bogged down … Listen to Broadcast & Read More
